FC Tulsa's state-of-the-art Sports Performance programs are tailored to the development of youth athletes aged U6–U18. Primarily offering soccer specific performance training, we will also have performance training for all sports, including injury prevention programs, recovery tools, and educational resources to enhance player development, targeting both recreational and elite athletes.

How we work

All of our programs are 8 weeks in length. Each team will progress through our four phases with testing taking place before and after each 8 week program.

Each player will work directly with FC Tulsa Director of Sport Science Leandro Spinola.

Key Objectives

Long term development for youth athletes require improvements from general basic movements to specific sports skills.

Focus on foundation to allow the athlete to achieve advanced sport specific skills in the next steps.

Each stage considers the athlete’s biological age and training background.

Focus on the individual ability to move without the formal game to create an effective motor repertoire.
