Monday – Active Soccer Recovery

his session blends skill work with recovery, helping players sharpen their technique while preparing their bodies for the week ahead. Players will work on individual skills like turns and passing while also using foam rollers, bands, yoga, and visualization exercises to restore energy and prevent injuries.

Tuesday – Ball Mastery Training

Tuesday is all about the ball. Players will dedicate the session to pure technical development, including dribbling, ball manipulation, directional turns, and passing techniques. With constant touches and high repetition, this training sharpens control, creativity, and confidence in possession.

Wednesday – Sports Mechanics

Led by Leandro Spinola, FC Tulsa Performance Coach, Wednesday focuses on building the athlete behind the player. Through agility drills, coordination training, and movement mechanics, players will develop the physical foundation they need to perform at their best. Injury prevention and long-term athletic growth are central to this session.

Thursday – First Touch Aid + GK Training

Field players will focus on first touch, passing, and combination play, improving the small details that make a big difference in games. At the same time, goalkeepers will receive specialized training from FC Tulsa Academy staff, offering a rare opportunity for Tulsa-area keepers to access year-round professional-level instruction.

Friday – Jam & Jogo

Friday brings the perfect balance of structured training and free play. “Jam” gives players more touches through technical activities and small-sided challenges, while “Jogo,” inspired by Brazilian street soccer, allows kids to express themselves in an unstructured, creative environment. It’s soccer at its purest — fun, free, and full of passion.
