The FC Tulsa Flex Pass 360 is a first-of-its-kind program designed with a holistic approach to player development. Built around the methodology of the FC Tulsa professional team, players will grow technically, physically, mentally, and tactically.
With five training opportunities each week, each day brings a new focus:
- Monday – Active Soccer Recovery: Skills + yoga, bands, and visualization
- Tuesday – Ball Mastery: 100% technical training to sharpen your touch
- Wednesday – Sports Mechanics: With FC Tulsa Performance Coach Leandro Spinola – agility, coordination, injury prevention
- Thursday – First Touch Aid + GK Training: Build combination play + specialized goalkeeper sessions
- Friday – Jam & Jogo: Structured touches (“Jam”) + Brazilian-inspired free play (“Jogo”)
