Subscription Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your subscription ("Subscription") to [FLEX PASS MEMBERSHIP] ("Service") provided by [FC TULSA TRAINING ACADEMY] ("Company"). By subscribing to our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Subscription

1.1. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to pay the monthly subscription fee ("Subscription Fee") as set forth on our website or other platform where the Service is offered.

1.2. Your Subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis after the day of purchase unless you cancel it prior to the renewal date.

1.3. We reserve the right to change the Subscription Fee at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment for the Subscription Fee will be processed using the payment method you provided at the time of subscription.

2.2. You authorize us to automatically charge the Subscription Fee to your chosen payment method each month unless cancelled.

2.3. If payment cannot be processed for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Subscription.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1. You may cancel your Subscription at any time by in your Daysmart Account or by contacting Us if you need support.

3.2. Cancellations will be effective immediately, and you will continue to have access to the Service until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial months.

4. Service

4.1. Service of training will take place at Titan Sports & Performance Center at the schedule times and days listed, with the exception of holidays and facility closings.

4.2. Membership must be active at time of purchase to receive 10% discount on Training Programs, Private Training, Camps & Clinics.

4.3. Membership must be active at time of purchase to receive 20% discount on FC Tulsa Merchandise and is only valid at in-store purchase at the offical club shop inside Titan Sports & Performance Complex.

4.4. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

4.5. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, quality, or performance of the Service.

5. Privacy

5.1. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content provided as part of the Service, including but not limited to text, images, and software, is the property of Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages/injuries arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service.
